1. Trade-only sales
All sales are wholesale to licensed contractors, fabricators, dealers, designers, and developers. Retail homeowner sales are not offered. A valid contractor or business license and a California resale certificate are required before an account is opened.
2. Slab reservations
A slab tagged in our yard remains held for 14 calendar days from the tag date. A non-refundable 25% deposit extends the hold for an additional 14 days. Untagged inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Pricing and payment
List prices are subject to change without notice. Approved accounts are net-30 from invoice date. New accounts pay 50% deposit / 50% on delivery for the first three orders. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month.
4. Delivery and risk of loss
Delivery is FOB our Granite Bay warehouse. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon loading. Curbside drop-off in our standard service area (Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, Nevada counties) is included on orders over $2,500.
5. Inspection and claims
Every slab is photographed and inspected at the warehouse. Buyer must inspect material at delivery and note any visible damage on the bill of lading. Concealed defect claims must be filed in writing within 5 business days. Fabricated material is not returnable.
6. Warranties
Natural stone is a product of nature; veining, pitting, and color variation are inherent characteristics, not defects. We warrant that slabs match the photographs provided at the time of reservation within commercially reasonable tolerances.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any dispute is Placer County, California.
